Overview

Rescare is a national charity run 'by families for families'. 

Their services and support include:

  • Helpline - available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm providing support to families
  • Resnews - their newsletter is published three times a year
  • Virtual Zoom forums - discussing key topics in learning disability space
  • Befriending service - this is a new project which they are recruiting for

Support available

The service provides support to families through their helpline, email and online zoom forums.

They support all age groups.


Who can access the service

To become a member, you must be a family member or someone that has a special need.

No referral is required.

Membership for their support is £20 a year.


How to access the service

There is no formal referral process.
