New Carb Counting videos - by Type 1 Kidz
Some of the brilliant kids from the Type 1 Kidz gang worked with DigiBete and the NENC CYP Diabetes Network Lead Dietitians Heather and Sam to produce some short videos to support children and young people to understand counting carbs.
These videos were funded by the NHSE CYP Transformation Programme via the North East and North Cumbria Child Health and Wellbeing Network and are a fantastic resource for young people living with diabetes, not only in the North East but across the country too.
The videos include a short intro then the 4 steps of carb counting.
