Overview
The NHS wants you to be involved in the work they do.
You can do this by:
- working with health and wellbeing services to make sure you are getting the best services to meet your needs
- giving your feedback as part of a group to develop and evaluate services.
There are a number of ways you can get involved:

The Patient Advice and Liaison service (PALS) provides information, advice and support about health-related issues.
See Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
Health Watch South Tyneside

Is also provides advice and support about health and social care issues and complaints.

Adult Advocacy
Adults with a learning disability can access the Adult Advocacy service.
The service can help you with problems your are facing, and help you to understand your rights and make sure your voice is heard.

GP Quality Checkers
